Requirements:
8+ years of relevant experience, ideally spanning Management Consulting and SaaS sales. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage at C-level. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Insurance industry. Solid understanding of the Insurance industry. Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English. Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, and have strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts from an existing customer perspective using a land-and-expand model. Engage cross line-of-business at C-level and below. Drive Celonis Process Intelligence sales motions with a focus on strategic use cases. Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-seven-figure deals. Engage closely with partners like consulting firms and SaaS vendors. Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams.
