Requirements:
6+ years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Utilities industry Solid understanding of the Energy & Utilities sector Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English Ability to adapt to a fast moving, high growth environment with positivity and creative thinking Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and have strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts from an existing customer perspective using a land-and-expand model Engage cross line-of-business at C-level and below Drive Celonis Process Intelligence sales motions focusing on industry-specific use cases Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-seven-figure deals Engage closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating virtual teams
