Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree from Top Universities (STEM majors preferred) Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments a plus 3+ years of work experience with proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles Strong communication, structured thinking, and ability to navigate complex organizations Quick learner with curiosity for retail media, auctions, and marketplace monetization Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments Willing to travel regionally and internationally Fluency in English, German and/or French required Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms (Bonus) Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization (Bonus)
Responsibilities:
Own and exceed quarterly revenue quotas Target retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps Build high-quality pipeline Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract Engage multiple stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams on timelines and terms Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting Become a retail media expert Understand competitor ecosystems Identify market opportunities and advise customers Master Topsort's infrastructure and capabilities Customize demos to customer needs Integrate customer data to frame ROI Develop senior-level relationships Map accounts
