Requirements:
Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role. A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value. Experience in SAAS business and an understanding of the basic SAAS metrics that lead to business success. Next level communication skills. A shipping mindset. A data-driven mindset. A strong technical background which enables you to engage with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact backend systems. A knack for the details, with an understanding of the big picture. Ownership.
Responsibilities:
Take on the Product Owner role for the Data Integration Engineering team. Execute the product management workflow, including backlog management (defining requirements and acceptance criteria). Be responsible for product vision and strategy. Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. Deliver features and technology solutions that make an impact on internal teams. Work collaboratively to prioritize work on the roadmap by ranking it against strategic goals and initiatives. Build a plan, implement it, and then measure success. Be responsible for cross-functional program management.
