Customer Success Manager (12 Month Contract)

3+ years of relevant nutrition experience and education Expertise in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience as a Nutrition Professional (health coach, holistic nutritionist) Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with BI Analytics tools (preferred) Experience with modern tech stack in CS and/or Marketing (preferred) Experience with Slack (preferred) Analytical, curious, and adaptable Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment

Host monthly coaching calls and office hours Conduct 1:1 support calls with customers Respond to inbound sales inquiries Build sample nutrition plans and highlight features Address That Clean Life-specific escalations Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and partnerships teams Create content to boost customer success Respond to customer feedback on G2 and engage with Community members
