Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Manage in-progress applications through underwriting Use HubSpot and Front for daily tasks Coordinate medical exam bookings Order and track underwriting requirements (APS, MVRs) Handle inbound calls and client emails Track missed payments and assist with billing updates Report underwriting decisions to MIB Process policy change requests Maintain accurate records and submit weekly MIB report Collaborate with Advisors, QA, Sales, and Customer Service Provide feedback for process/tooling improvements
