Proven experience working with Polish B2B contractors Experience with the Infakt accounting platform Strong understanding of Polish PE laws, ZUS, PIT, VAT, and typical tax regimes for sole proprietors Ability to explain complex regulations clearly and patiently Solid communication skills in Polish and English Strong organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end administrative and accounting support for Polish JDG Prepare, issue, and send invoices Manage calculation and documentation of foreign-exchange differences Track and process business expenses Support preparation and submission of VAT UE, VAT-7, ZUS reports, monthly advance tax payments, and annual tax declarations (PIT-28, PIT-36) Inform team members about relevant legislative changes Provide guidance on CEIDG update procedures and deadlines Monitor and communicate rules and deadlines for new ZUS relief programs Act as a trusted advisor in tax-related matters
