Legal Counsel, Privacy and Compliance (maternity leave cover)

Strong academic background and master's degree in law. Admission to the practice of law in Poland (radca prawny). 1 to 3 years of law firm practice or equivalent in-house experience. Strong legal research skills. At least C1 in English and fluent Polish. High attention to detail and accuracy. Critical thinking and innovation-mindset. Professionalism, positive attitude and dedication to ethical conduct. Familiarity with handling sensitive data and confidential information.

Provide daily assistance with internal/risk/compliance controls and regulatory compliance matters. Test and audit compliance controls for all product lines, report findings, and lead mitigation plans. Prepare legal memorandums, and draft policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide legal assistance on employment and HR-related matters for the Polish office. Conduct legal research on local and international laws and regulations. Support contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Provide legal advice to product and development teams.
