Requirements:
Master's degree in law. Admission to the practice of law in Poland (radca prawny). 1 to 3 years of law firm practice or equivalent in-house experience. Strong legal research skills. At least C1 in English and fluent Polish. High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multitask. Critical thinking and innovation-mindset. Professionalism, positive attitude and dedication to ethical conduct. Familiarity with the handling of sensitive data and confidential information. Desire and enthusiasm to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily assistance with internal/risk/compliance controls and regulatory compliance matters. Regularly test and audit compliance controls for all product lines, report findings and lead the creation of mitigation plans. Prepare legal memorandums, and draft policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide legal assistance on employment and HR-related matters for the Polish office. Conduct legal research and perform legal work regarding local and international laws and regulations. Support the team on contract drafting, review and negotiation. Provide legal advice to the Company’s product and development teams.
