Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer from an EU country, with experience in start-ups and new technology companies.
- Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, platform regulation, and consumer protection.
- Knowledge and experience with regulatory topics.
- Comfortable working in various jurisdictions.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Business oriented, creative, and solution-driven mindset.
- Experience creating and managing processes and moving large-scale projects forward.
- Full working proficiency in French and English, and good knowledge of Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to business teams on platform regulation, e-commerce, consumer protection, commercial contracts, and marketing.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters.
- Draft and negotiate various types of contracts.
- Collaborate with internal partners to respond to regulator requests.
- Handle legal matters arising in the day-to-day running of an expanding business.
