Legal Counsel

6 to 8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer from an EU country, with experience in start-ups and new technology companies. Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, platform regulation, and consumer protection. Knowledge and experience with regulatory topics. Comfortable working in various jurisdictions. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Business oriented, creative, and solution-driven mindset. Experience creating and managing processes and moving large-scale projects forward. Full working proficiency in French and English, and good knowledge of Spanish.

Provide legal advice to business teams on platform regulation, e-commerce, consumer protection, commercial contracts, and marketing. Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters. Draft and negotiate various types of contracts. Collaborate with internal partners to respond to regulator requests. Handle legal matters arising in the day-to-day running of an expanding business.
