Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a legal, project management or compliance role
- Fluency in Russian and English
- University degree in Law, Economics, Management or related field
- Understanding of AML/KYC procedures
- Ability to think critically for non-standard cases
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- High degree of accuracy in work
- Experience in international tax optimization (plus)
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day legal support of company setups and general company maintenance in various jurisdictions
- Open and maintain accounts in banks and other financial institutions
- Work with questionnaires, applications, legal, corporate, and financial documents
- Maintain internal registers and arrange documents
- Conduct correspondence with international law firms and other external providers
- Act as the point of contact regarding corporate setups among internal departments
- Conduct legal research across indicated jurisdictions
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to corporate setups and financial licensing
