Requirements
- Law degree and professional qualification to practice.
- 2+ years of legal experience in tech, e-commerce, or compliance.
- Experience drafting user-facing legal documents in English.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, update, and maintain terms of use, terms of service, and acceptable use policies.
- Design and monitor internal compliance policies and controls.
- Lead on GDPR and data protection compliance, including privacy notices and DPIAs.
- Advise product and engineering teams on regulatory requirements.
- Screen marketing and platform content for legal risks.
- Monitor regulatory developments in tech and data protection.
- Support commercial legal work including NDAs and vendor agreements.
- Deliver internal compliance training.
