Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up Previous experience as a technical recruiter for engineering profiles Ability to handle large volume applications and ensure quality Strong track record in a high-pace hiring environment Passion for excellent candidate experience Alignment with Remote's values and interest in finding matching talent Ambition for diversity and inclusion in hiring Experience working with and optimizing Talent Acquisition stacks (e.g., Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime) Excellent spoken and written English skills

Ensure engineering hiring needs are met Create a world-class hiring and candidate experience Improve time from first call to offer Track and report on hiring metrics Advocate for remote working values Initiate changes to recruiting strategy Partner with Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
