Design and optimize funnels to help visitors understand the product and content. Brainstorm and collaborate with PMs, Engineers, Marketers, and Researchers. Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. Use experimentation (A/B tests, analytics, and qualitative research) to learn what drives engagement and conversion. Bring new ideas and creative thinking to the table. Continuously learn from users, data, and tests to iterate and improve. Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across the experience. Partner closely with Engineering and Product to deliver solutions. Work with Marketing and Growth teams to align product experiences. Participate in design critiques. Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and learning-oriented design culture.
