Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design for patient, clinical, and growth-focused initiatives Conduct qualitative and quantitative research Translate insights into elegant, data-driven design solutions Partner with Product to run experiments Develop and maintain design systems Bring strong product thinking to shape product roadmap Work quickly and iteratively, raising the bar on design quality Contribute to shaping and scaling the design practice
