Strong customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 proficiency). Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and email applications. Experience with Slack, JustCall, Intercom, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Suite are a plus. Ability to manage several work platforms simultaneously. Strong time management and work prioritization skills with minimal direction. Previous remote customer service and medical experience/knowledge are a plus. A personal computer with stable internet.
