Requirements:
Strong customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 proficiency). Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and email applications. Experience with Slack, JustCall, Intercom, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Suite are a plus. Ability to manage several work platforms simultaneously. Strong time management and work prioritization skills with minimal direction. Previous remote customer service and medical experience/knowledge are a plus. A personal computer with stable internet.
Responsibilities:
Answer questions about products and services via text, email, and phone. Make inbound and outbound calls to patients addressing concerns with high customer service. Provide information about Winona's offerings. Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain professional support. Handle patient complaints and implement solutions. Record patient interactions, process accounts, and file documents. Assist doctors with patient-specific issues. Provide excellent service to internal teams and external customers.
