Responsibilities:
Lead a small admin team, coaching and supporting day-to-day operations Manage the intake, triage, and distribution of client referrals across the business Analyze current processes and identify automation opportunities within existing systems (MS Suite, Outlook, Teams) Prepare and deliver training sessions to your team Act as a key liaison across multiple teams, helping to roll out changes and test new processes Participate in user testing and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
