Requirements:

University Degree in Social Work or a healthcare-related profession (preferred). 5+ years work experience in a healthcare role (e.g., Social Work, Patient Advocacy). Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector, with prior experience working across global markets. Strong ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality. Ability to integrate and collaborate well with others. Experience developing and facilitating care plans. Remote work experience with proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password.

Responsibilities:

Advise, research, coordinate, and execute healthcare-related tasks for members and families, focusing on Asia Pacific. Organize and manage care plans, find providers, manage medical bills, make appointments, track medications, and vet facilities/insurance. Own a subset of Care Projects to enhance member experience and connect with families. Contribute to understanding global service-related areas and localization of resources. Collaborate on initiatives and provide feedback on global products, services, and marketing. Provide hands-on support for complex healthcare situations and create high-touch customer journey experiences.
