Organize and manage care plans, find providers, manage medical bills, make appointments, track medications, and vet facilities/insurance. Own a subset of Care Projects to enhance member experience and connect with families. Contribute to understanding global service-related areas and localization of resources. Collaborate on initiatives and provide feedback on global products, services, and marketing. Provide hands-on support for complex healthcare situations and create high-touch customer journey experiences.
