Requirements:
5+ years of automotive insurance claims management experience. Strong technical understanding of how vehicles are built and damage is assessed. Proven experience improving or building claims processes in multi-site or service-driven environments. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence organizational alignment. Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Must reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Indiana (role is fully remote within these states).
Responsibilities:
Oversee auto damage claims from initiation through final resolution. Design and implement standardized claims processes (SOPs) across all locations. Build and manage relationships with trusted repair shops and service partners. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or disputed claims. Analyze claims data to identify trends, reduce costs, and recommend improvements. Partner closely with operations, customer success, and leadership to align workflows and drive results.
