Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital/interactive design (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, responsible AI).
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into commercially valuable, human-first designs.
- Ability to direct design vision to team members verbally and digitally.
- Experience leading pitches and inspiring clients with visionary design solutions.
- Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and visual design systems.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization best practices.
- Motion design capabilities are a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction and design adaptive, intelligent experiences.
- Create client-facing deliverables including UI design, AI interaction patterns, prototypes, and visual design systems.
- Inspire stakeholders through compelling storytelling and thought leadership.
- Craft high-quality concepts, visuals, UI, and prototypes across various digital products and AI interfaces.
- Present work and communicate design rationale to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, strategists, engineers, data scientists, and copywriters.
- Mentor other designers and foster a culture of creativity and AI upskilling.
