Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years working directly with Publishers, Affiliates, and/or Advertisers in digital media, performance marketing, or lead generation. Ownership of partner relationships, revenue performance, and reporting. Fully comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours. Experienced in managing a direct response portfolio of accounts for a mix of channel types like email, newsletter, listicle, co-reg, etc. Demonstrated ability to interpret, diagnose, and act on performance data across KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). Advanced communication, negotiation, and upsell skills. Ability to influence both tactical decisions and strategic partner direction. Highly proactive, growth-minded, and organized. Able to manage complex workflows while driving long-term outcomes. Uses Looker, Excel, and performance dashboards to run analyses, forecast outcomes, design tests, and translate insights into action.
Responsibilities:
Own, optimize, and expand a portfolio of publisher/affiliate accounts. Manage daily partner needs, drive long-term growth strategies. Proactively identify new placements, integrations, and whitespace opportunities. Execute campaign operations including pacing, budgets, QA, creative testing, launches, and troubleshooting. Prioritize issues and maintain performance stability. Analyze performance data across CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Diagnose trends, forecast impact, and deliver actionable recommendations. Drive revenue and margin expansion by scaling partners, upselling, and optimizing traffic quality. Influence internal teams to unlock growth levers. Maintain organized documentation and produce structured reporting. Communicate insights, decisions, risks, and next steps to internal teams and external partners. Partner with media buying, analytics, creative, and product teams. Resolve blockers, shape testing roadmaps, and refine processes. Lead recurring partner communications to build trust and deliver strategic insights.
