Experience with ownership of partner relationships, revenue performance, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to interpret, diagnose, and act on performance data across KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). Advanced communication, negotiation, and upsell skills. Highly proactive, growth-minded, and organized. Leverages strong experience in publisher, affiliate, and advertiser ecosystems. Builds trust across partners and internal teams; influences without authority. Uses Looker, Excel, and performance dashboards to run analyses, forecast outcomes, design tests, and translate insights into action. Manages multiple accounts, priorities, and workflows with accuracy and process discipline.
