Oversee global People Solutions team responsible for HR operations and HRIS (Workday). Manage HR technology strategy, including Workday optimization, automation, integrations, and vendor management. Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee support requests and transactions. Own payroll operations in partnership with Finance. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and COEs to ensure adherence to labor requirements. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and People COEs to align systems, policies, and processes. Analyze data to identify and implement improvements in processes and automation. Mentor, coach, and develop the People Solutions team. Drive adoption of new tools and processes through change management.
