At least six years of experience in U.S. health law, regulatory compliance, or healthcare transactions. Direct experience advising telehealth, pharmacy, or multi-state healthcare organizations. Practical, solution-oriented approach to enabling growth. Experience with 340B programs, PBM structures, or venture-backed healthcare is beneficial.

Oversee U.S. healthcare and regulatory compliance, advising on HIPAA, state health laws, AKS, and 340B. Lead the development of compliance frameworks. Support regulatory filings and manage interactions with U.S. agencies. Draft and negotiate key agreements. Support payor and PBM engagements. Advise on partnerships and transactions. Build scalable legal processes.
