Senior Legal Counsel

J.D. (or LL.B.) with admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 6+ years of experience in health law, regulatory compliance, or healthcare transactions Hands-on experience advising telehealth, pharmacy, or multi-state healthcare organizations Deep understanding of HIPAA, state health laws, and 340B or pharmacy compliance Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Collaborative mindset and practical approach Passion for healthcare innovation and improving access to care

Serve as day-to-day legal advisor for U.S. healthcare, regulatory, and compliance matters Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable business guidance Oversee HIPAA, AKS, 340B, consumer protection, and state licensing compliance Manage state-by-state entity, pharmacy, and provider registrations Support 340B program contracting and HRSA filings Draft, negotiate, and close commercial agreements (Pharmacy Services, Clinical Services, Vendor) Partner with leadership on M&A, strategic collaborations, and complex transactions Develop and maintain contract templates and management systems Support payor and PBM negotiations Identify and mitigate legal risks across operations Ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and state consumer laws impacting marketing and telehealth Respond to privacy or clinical incident investigations and regulatory audits Advise senior leadership on key risk trends and compliance strategy Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams Partner with Growth, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams on new business strategies Build scalable legal processes
