- Advise the People Team on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, performance management, terminations, and sensitive employee matters.
- Provide proactive counsel on employment law compliance, specifically advising on non-exempt employee populations.
- Manage internal investigations, policy development, and drafting of employment documentation.
- Support broad legal initiatives including regulatory investigations, privacy and information security matters, and litigation support.
- Review and provide legal input on business contracts.
