Requirements:
A degree in any field is acceptable. Basic common sense, understanding of the sales cycle, and compassionate approach. Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in B2B Enterprise Solution selling is a significant asset. Proficiency in Internet technologies, Cloud computing, SCM processes and workflows. Familiarity with Logistics ecosystems (Road, Rail, and Ocean freight) is highly preferred. Advanced knowledge of sales plans, business development strategies, and marketing approaches. Ability to forecast and project revenue trends. Demonstrated experience in identifying and capitalizing on profitable business opportunities. Exceptional analytical skills for market trends and competitor behavior. Proven ability to maintain robust client relationships and foster partnerships. Competency in negotiating and successfully closing large business deals. Ability to provide insightful advice on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Willingness and capability for extensive domestic and international travel. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure strategic new clients to drive revenue growth. Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for sustained growth. Monitor and optimize revenue streams for enhanced profitability. Evaluate and refine sales, marketing, and branding strategies. Develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior analysis. Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis. Build and nurture client relationships and foster partnerships. Identify new clients through research and networking. Negotiate and close business deals for sustained revenue growth. Liaise with Marketing, Engineering, and Management teams for Go-To-Market alignment. Collaborate with Global Channel Partners to achieve sales quotas. Provide strategic advice on potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
