Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time HR generalist/HRBP experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Payroll processing
- Hands-on experience with HRIS & ATS tools
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Solid understanding of compensation, benefits, and Indian labor laws
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
