Requirements:
5+ years of Workday configuration experience with a specialized focus in Workday (Recruit, CRM, Offer Management, Performance, Succession and Feedback.
Exceptional attention to details, critical thinking, commitment to data integrity, organization, and adept problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans.
Understanding of data privacy practices and regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence decisions and drive results.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business units and third-party vendors.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines.
Initiative-driven, inherently curious, and possessing analytical thinking.
Excellent knowledge of PC software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement system changes aligned with business needs.
Manage the setup and data elements of foundational structures in Workday.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday modules (Recruit, CRM, Offer Management, Performance, Succession, Feedback).
Provide consultative solutions on business process, design, configuration, and testing.
Serve as an escalation point for advanced system issues.
Partner with business units to build relationships and align Workday with business goals.
Develop custom reports and dashboards.
Provide training and assistance to People support staff.
Review Workday releases for business impacts and enhancement opportunities.
