Requirements:
6 years experience in podcast, audio, or content marketing. Proficiency with publishing tools for TikTok, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. Proficiency with social community building tools including Discord and Reddit. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage overlapping deadlines. Eye for detail with metadata, artwork, and platform-specific requirements. Creative mindset for developing innovative marketing campaigns. Familiarity with audio/video production workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Content and Marketing teams to execute launch plans. Evolve and execute marketing strategy for Hatch+ content. Learn and utilize marketing tools (Airtable, Braze, YouTube Studio, TikTok, Discord, Reddit). Immerse in Hatch’s subscription content library, brand voice, and workflows. Test and learn nontraditional marketing touchpoints. Build strategy and collaborate with talent to grow brand awareness. Write blog posts about Hatch content and IP. Work with Design team to produce on-brand assets. Execute and evolve a video strategy. Build, upload, and publish TikTok and YouTube videos. Manage marketing and content calendars, flagging needed assets. Strategize growth and exposure for @hatchpodcasts. Update content page on hatch.co. Coordinate between content programming and marketing teams. Strategize growth of Hatch-owned IP through various channels. Coordinate and execute off-platform campaigns. Expand nontraditional tactics into new audience spaces. Develop and maintain evergreen visual asset kits. Take ownership of cross-platform content marketing campaigns. Experiment with podcast growth strategies. Strategically engage with the Health & Fitness content community. Analyze performance metrics and optimize future releases.
