Define social media strategy and oversee its execution, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and distribution. Manage customer storytelling initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and feature stories. Ensure content is repurposed effectively across digital channels, including website, email, and paid media. Track and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate success against KPIs, optimizing strategy based on key insights and data-driven recommendations. Showcase a strong understanding of content marketing through past work examples, as evident in candidate’s portfolio.
