5+ years of strong customer success or partner management experience, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or SaaS. Demonstrated success managing enterprise or mid-market relationships. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and storytelling skills. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience wearing multiple hats (success, marketing, growth enablement). Proven ability to work cross-functionally. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Start-up or fast-paced environment experience is highly preferred.
