Requirements:
5+ years of strong customer success or partner management experience, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or SaaS. Demonstrated success managing enterprise or mid-market relationships. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and storytelling skills. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience wearing multiple hats (success, marketing, growth enablement). Proven ability to work cross-functionally. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Start-up or fast-paced environment experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage B2B Employer partners, ensuring satisfaction and value. Identify opportunities to expand EarnIn usage within existing partners. Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, and Payroll leaders. Drive marketing initiatives within existing portfolio companies. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners. Contribute to the evolution of customer success playbooks, tools, and metrics. Track partner performance and forecast adoption trends. Test new strategies to drive usage and retention.
