Fraud Operations Analyst - Contract to Hire

1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a Fraud, Risk Operations, or related role. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience. Knowledge of Daily Fantasy Sports, Gaming, and/or payment processes in the DFS / gaming industry. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to an evolving industry. Investigative curiosity and strong organizational skills. Ability to interpret data and behaviors.

Protect integrity of games and user community by monitoring and analyzing suspicious player activity for potential fraud. Review user wallet transactions (deposits and withdrawals) for potential fraud. Utilize tools and systems to detect fraud trends and communicate with management. Stay current with fraud and user behavior trends to identify new detection and prevention methods. Support management and internal teams on ad hoc requests and fraud reviews. Work collaboratively with other departments to develop and optimize fraud-related processes and policies. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering, KYC, and gaming regulations. Partner with Customer Support to develop and implement protocols for reviewing and resolving support issues. Work in cross-functional teams to design and manage fraud prevention/risk mitigation systems.
