2-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across GTM, PMM, or AE roles. Demonstrable pipeline creation and closed-won impact. Confidence in running discovery calls, demos, proposals, and negotiations. Strength in positioning, funnel math, and performance metrics. Experience building dashboards and maintaining CRM hygiene. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfort working in fast, lean, experiment-heavy environments. Experience with AI or LLM products (nice to have). Exposure to PLG + sales-assist motions or hybrid self-serve + sales funnels (nice to have). Experience with partnerships, alliances, webinars, or event-led demand generation (nice to have). Ability to build or edit landing pages using no-code or AI-assisted tools (nice to have). Experience scaling mid-market sales from 0→1 or 1→2 (nice to have).
