Requirements:
Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management / Client Service / Account Management / Technical Account Management / Implementation or similar ideally in B2B SaaS Experience in managing a Book of Business along with KPIs A track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities Deep experience supporting customers across the APAC region Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs

Build relationships with clients Turn clients into happy users Educate clients on creating video content Work closely with sales for cohesive onboarding Engage in business and technical conversations Manage risk, forecast, and identify growth opportunities Establish trusted advisor relationships Onboard new clients and build key relationships Coordinate and lead client check-ins Light video editing using the Synthesia platform Retention and growth of enterprise clients Ensure ROI and value is understood by clients
