Responsibilities:
Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders in the portfolio of existing customers. Identify and develop new opportunities within the existing customer base. Partner with Customer Success and Marketing on adoption campaigns and strategic account planning. Guide opportunities from initial conversation to close. Maintain accurate forecasts and update activities in Salesforce. Learn about customers' business goals and technology stacks. Develop a strong understanding of the New Relic platform.
