1-3 years experience in outbound SDR / BDR / telesales / call centre (B2B preferred) Strong spoken and written English Comfortable making cold calls to senior business owners Able to follow a structured playbook and think on your feet Good listener who can take notes while speaking Happy working remote and self-managing time Willing to work to meet key Australian calling hours Experience calling into Australia, UK, or other English-speaking markets Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g. Apollo, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach) Experience with cloud-based calling systems / VoIP diallers Exposure to professional services (accounting, consulting, agencies, IT services) Interest in business, finance, or entrepreneurship Resilient and comfortable with rejection
