Senior Product Counsel

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 8+ years of legal experience supporting product development and technology transactions. Deep experience advising on AI products, data governance, and emerging technology. Strong understanding of data privacy, consumer protection, and healthcare regulatory frameworks. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills. Strategic mindset balancing innovation and compliance.

Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams for legal advice. Advise on regulatory and privacy frameworks for healthcare technology, telemedicine, and AI. Draft, review, and negotiate product-related agreements. Ensure product launches comply with laws and regulations. Monitor evolving technology and AI laws, advising on risk mitigation. Collaborate on internal policies for AI ethics, data usage, and security. Serve as advisor on technology innovation and responsible AI deployment.
