Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests and interactions via phone, chat, and email. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for intelligent products and applications. Assist with device installation, app setup, and configuration. Conduct initial troubleshooting and escalate complex problems. Attend training and meetings.
