Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare IT technical sales or sales support experience Background in installations, migrations, systems integration, or operations is a plus Strong technical understanding of IT services (managed security, cloud computing, virtualization, asset tracking, AI, hosted IP, networking, and telecommunications) Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships across all stages of the sales cycle Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Analytical and problem-solving mindset Collaborative, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools)
