Requirements:
Experience working with CPG brands is mandatory Experience managing budgets and campaigns across social advertising platforms, display and search tactics, and retail media Ability to juggle many client projects simultaneously with little oversight Strong attention to detail and organization skills Clear verbal and written communication skills Knowledge and passion for all things digital/social Expert user of organic social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest Developing expertise in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and SEO Experience working in or ability to learn retail media platforms Comprehensive understanding of digital technology and terminology An understanding of business & financial fundamentals
Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership, strategic development, and deployment of campaigns across social, digital and retail media channels Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to optimize creative, messaging, and audiences Implement and manage strategy, delivery, and optimization of paid campaigns including Social, Search, Display, and Retail Media Lead monthly client reporting calls and internal staff meetings Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients Analyze KPIs and provide recommendations for account improvement Perform paid media channel audits and make recommendations for improvements Spot trends and help clients and creative teams capitalize on them Make recommendations to improve clients’ site sales
