Requirements:
15+ years of progressive enterprise software sales leadership. Verifiable track record of scaling global or multi-regional teams and consistently exceeding quotas. Experience in high-growth SaaS, DevSecOps, or Cloud environments. Proven experience leading and closing complex, 7-figure+ New Logo transactions with Fortune 500 / Global 2000 enterprises. Demonstrable history of developing and executing highly effective GTM strategies. Strong experience in strategic customer acquisition and C-level connection. Exceptional leader with history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining A-players. Superior communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Willingness to travel globally (~50%).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global Go-To-Market strategy for strategic new logo acquisition. Lead and close complex, multi-million dollar new logo enterprise transactions. Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performance global sales team. Forge and maintain relationships with C-level executives at strategic target accounts. Drive top-to-top alignment with partners like GCP, AWS, and Azure. Implement and manage a data-driven sales methodology and ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with global leadership, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
