Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts. Lead the non-technical onboarding process for new clients. Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries. Coordinate across internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams. Continuously assess and refine internal workflows. Monitor industry trends, evolving client needs, and competitive dynamics.
