12+ years of digital & technical project management experience 5+ years of program management experience 7+ years experience managing, leading, and mentoring an internal team Experience with managing technology platforms implementations (Adobe technology preferred) Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Analytics implementations Strong cross-functional and cross-geographical leadership skills Experience in management and merging project artifacts Project and team financial management Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving, organization, time management, and risk management skills Ability to be self-directed Competency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, G-Suite) Experience leading digital transformation initiatives Experience working in an agile framework and hybrid scrumfall environment Excellent client communication experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent education relevant to the industry

Build and lead program delivery function Define, manage, and execute client projects Directly manage project management team members Recruit, manage, and mentor project managers Oversee client-facing status updates Serve as primary point of contact between clients and internal teams Make resourcing recommendations Assess program pacing and delivery health Act as a subject matter expert on delivery processes Lead discussions with stakeholders Manage complex project timelines, budgets, scope, and risks Contribute to business development efforts Support change management
