7+ years' experience leading hands-on technology projects 4+ years’ experience leading and developing application development teams Solid experience overseeing large technical project implementations Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), API Stack, and application development techniques & methodologies Proficient in RDBMS technology for real-time systems Experience with application architecture, Java, .Net, SQL Seasoned with various development methodologies, SDLC including agile Proficient in Software development best practices Broad technology knowledge, worked in digital marketing, custom development projects, systems integration, and database systems Strong foundational knowledge of software and hardware system interaction Comfortable presenting to potential prospects Proactively identify potential problems and project gaps Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related discipline preferred Experience with Marketing technologies (Analytics, Campaign Management, Data Marts, Loyalty Management Systems) preferred Data modeling experience for OLTP systems is a plus BI and Warehouse experience is a plus

Become an expert in Kobie Marketing’s application platform. Interact with internal and external clients as a translation layer between business and technical teams. Support new clients as the lead technologist during implementations. Communicate with and represent Kobie’s brand with Fortune clients. Create documentation and processes for new technology configurations. Work with technology stakeholders across shared services. Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately. Assist with solution pricing via technical LOEs. Travel varies per client, up to 10% total. Learn and research the Loyalty Marketing industry.
