Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience. Prior US DoD military service with increasing levels of responsibility. Deep understanding of USMC procurement and MARCORSYSCOM, MCTSSA, and PMTCE program offices. Knowledge of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications. Military/Aerospace industry and acquisition experience. Solid understanding of US DoD funding and procurement cycles. Experience leading all phases of business capture. Must have clearance at SECRET level or ability to obtain within 12 months. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee the entire sales process for the USMC market. Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USMC. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions. Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Develop and maintain deep understanding of MIMO solutions. Foster a customer-centric approach.
