Responsibilities:
Architect and own the end-to-end Paid Search engine, including strategy, execution, budget, analytical framework, and results. Serve as the system's primary diagnostician, identifying the 'why' behind performance shifts. Engineer and execute a high-velocity experimentation program, owning the testing roadmap and funnel strategy. Maintain data integrity through rock-solid tracking, signal quality, and attribution hygiene. Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and competitive trends, translating insights into actionable tactics.
