3-5+ years demonstrated progressive front-line leadership AND direct quota carrying sales experience leading sales teams Multiple repeatable proof points of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining individual contributors that make-up a high performing sales organization Deep experience selling into and acquiring accounts in core markets Demonstrated progressive and consistent overachievements of annual quota Demonstrated progressive experience in software sales, preferably with databases, analytics and/or open source experience Proven track record of working closely with the channel for growth leverage Proven success partnering with Marketing, Product, and Engineering peers Demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership You share our core sales values, and work in accordance with those values Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team Polished presentation skills
