Requirements:
5+ years of experience in channel sales or alliances, preferably in fintech, SaaS or identity/fraud. Proven track record of carrying and exceeding quota in an alliance or channel sales environment. Grit and the ability to handle ambiguity. Enthusiasm to wear multiple hats. Deep understanding of co-selling motions, deal registration and partner pipeline management. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Outstanding communicator with strong collaboration and presentation skills. Proven ability to partner with product management and engineering teams to design technical solutions to business problems. Deep understanding of account opening and underwriting processes in financial services.
Responsibilities:
Deliver substantial ARR growth with alliance partners. Build and execute alliance growth plans. Lead QBRs, pipeline reviews, and ongoing business planning with alliance partners. Support retro studies and pre-sales process. Host ongoing partner enablement sessions. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across alliances. Support technical integrations into partner platforms.
