3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role SaaS experience strongly preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities Comfort learning and explaining software products Technical aptitude is a plus Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and partner management tools is helpful Proactive, collaborative mindset with initiative and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote-first environment
