Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role. SaaS experience strongly preferred. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities simultaneously. Comfort learning and explaining software products; technical aptitude is a plus. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and partner management tools is helpful. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and continuously improve processes. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing relationships with partner book of business. Support partnership strategies, onboarding new partners, and expanding existing relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners. Collaborate with Marketing for co-marketing campaigns and enablement. Work with Product team to surface partner feedback and discuss integrations. Monitor partner performance and deliver regular reporting. Assist with contract renewals and documentation. Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement and drive revenue. Attend virtual and occasional in-person partner meetings and events.
