3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel account management, customer success, sales, or a related client-facing role. SaaS experience strongly preferred. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities simultaneously. Comfort learning and explaining software products; technical aptitude is a plus. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and partner management tools is helpful. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and continuously improve processes. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
