Develop, maintain, and communicate the Literacy solution vision and strategy. Own Literacy product strategy in the US market and plan roadmaps. Collaborate with other product teams to drive strategic integrations. Create short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans for Literacy solutions. Define, track, and analyze key metrics for Literacy solutions. Foster cross-functional collaboration and motivate the Literacy solution team. Serve as SME for Literacy product developments and GTM conversations. Support overall product road mapping across the organization. Drive M&A activity in the Literacy space. Communicate strategy, progress, and needs with stakeholders at VP and SVP level. Maintain deep understanding of market, customer needs, trends, and competition. Act as a product expert for internal and external audiences. Build strong relationships across teams to collaborate, motivate, and influence.
